Sign up, choose the creator role, and pick a public username. One account can hold both roles — many creators fund other people's work too.

Set a payout price that reflects the true cost of the work, pick a deadline, and list your deliverables — the actual files the world will receive. Drafts are private until you publish.

Publish and get funded OPEN
Your work goes live for every donor on the platform. Funding progress updates in real time. Share the page with your audience — allocations can come from anywhere.

Goal reached CLOSED
The work closes automatically the moment allocations reach your price. Upload your finished deliverables and sign the rights transfer.

Get paid the lump sum — the work goes free
You receive 100% of your asking price — Collective Media charges creators nothing. The completed work is released into the public domain under CC0.
Funded → public domain
You're paid the full lump sum and the work is distributed openly. Credit isn't required under CC0, but your name still carries the weight — and funded creators can launch their next work immediately.
Deadline passes unfunded EXPIRED
The work expires. Donor allocations return to their wallets — and you keep every right to your work. Sharpen the pitch, adjust the price, and list it again whenever you like.
All-or-nothing protects both sides: you only give up rights when you're paid your full price, and donors only pay for work that actually completes.
